There are moments that deserve more than a celebration. They deserve a toast. This women’s month, Elėvė gathered 16 women from different industries for an intimate experience with Rémy Martin centred on the women shaping what’s next, women whose work, ideas and influence are quietly and sometimes audaciously moving culture forward.
Women’s Month is, at its heart a moment to reflect on the women who have paved the way and to honour those who are continuing to widen the path for those coming after them. For Elėvė there was no better way to commemorate the occasion than by bringing together women who are actively contributing to the cultural, creative and entrepreneurial landscape.
At the heart of the evening was Rémy Martin, a house synonymous with craftsmanship and the art of looking beyond the present. It was a fitting companion for a room filled with women who understand that legacy is not simply something we inherit; it is something we create. The evening unfolded as an intimate celebration of ambition and connection, where the table became a meeting point for stories and shared experiences. Conversations moved effortlessly between building meaningful businesses, navigating womanhood, creating new cultural narratives and considering what it means to leave something lasting behind.
Rémy Martin brought its unmistakable sense of occasion to the evening, transforming the simple act of raising a glass into a ritual of appreciation. Each pour invited a moment to savour not only the craftsmanship in the glass, but the significance of the women gathered around the table. Because there is something particularly powerful about women coming together without competition. About creating a room where success can be celebrated generously, questions can be asked honestly and possibility can be imagined collectively.
Sixteen women. Sixteen different industries. Sixteen perspectives on what the future could look like.
Yet, beneath the differences, there was a shared understanding: that shaping what’s next requires courage. It requires vision, reinvention and the willingness to begin before the path is entirely clear. For more than three centuries, the house has built its identity around craftsmanship and an enduring belief in excellence. Its legacy is not static it continues to evolve while remaining rooted in what came before. In many ways, this is the very conversation Elėvė seeks to champion. How we honour the foundations laid before us while having the courage to build something entirely our own.
As glasses were raised, the evening became more about acknowledging everything that can happen when women choose to build, create and dream together. To the women shaping what’s next: may we continue to create boldly, lead beautifully, make room for one another and leave behind legacies that feel as intentional as the lives we are building.
And to the Elėvė women, à votre santé. Here’s to the women at the table. Here’s to the women still finding their seats. And here’s to everything we have yet to create.
A toast, with Rémy Martin, to women shaping what’s next.
